My consulting practice is grounded in two primary areas: human resources and sports. On the HR side, I bring almost twenty years of experience as an attorney and advisor on a broad range of HR matters, including workplace investigations, contract drafting and review and workplace assessments. On the sports side, as a PAADS-certified athlete development specialist, I focus on preparing collegiate and professional athletes for their lives after sports by providing training and counseling on a number of topics including career planning and transitions, professionalism, financial literacy and emotional health/wellbeing. I also speak and provide legal and historical analysis around sports-related issues, including the discussion around athletes and social activism.
